A life-changing documentary for all races. I knew of Bessie Coleman but I didn't know her full story until seeing this documentary. Aneva Walker is an enchanting and inspiring host. She did an excellent job of narrating and presenting Bessie's story. As a White man, I can say first that I am ashamed of the way Bessie was treated during her lifetime by the White establishment and I am absolutely shocked and appalled (no, actually angry) by the way she has been mistreated by history. I can only hope that presentations such as this first-rate documentary will be a step in the direction of seeing that Bessie Coleman is recognized as the pioneer and force for justice and right for her race which she was.

A must see
fancy lecture
While this is an informative show. It nothing but a very long lecture with pictures. Would be better told with re-enactments and testimonies from those who knew her. In lieu of that just to hear some other people talk about her would be nice. Gets really old listening to just one person.
Can't hear it
Sound mix is terrible. Can't hear the story. Whoever made it never actually watched it. I notice this a lot now. Music while people are speaking. If you're hard of hearing which I am not I can imagine how they watch anything.
