If you think watching paint dry is exciting and emotionally engaging you might like this movie. This is a rare case where I would give a movie zero stars if that were possible. Bad acting. Bad dialog. Bad directing. Watching three old men walk slowly for three minutes is not my idea of an engaging scene.

A short film that tells the story of three older men who come into the same restaurant on Wednesday mornings at the same time every week. The story is told from the perspective of Megan, the newly hired waitress at the restaurant that takes classes at night. Through her deliberate acts of respect and purposeful efforts to get to know these gentlemen the shroud of their grumpy appearance is lifted and as the men open up the impact of their life stories extend beyond Megan.

Awful even by Christian movie standards
Heinrich, Nathan, and Ricky
New server at a local coffee shop Stacey Bradshaw sort of adopts these three 90
something men who come in for breakfast every Wednesday morning. They and you are
conscious now that the sands are running low in the hourglass for all three and
they could take the big trip any minute.
So they do and The Wednesday Breakfast Club gets slimmer and slimmer. Young
Ms. Bradshaw learns quite a bit from them, mostly that if you listen, really
listen they have some remarkable stories to tell.
A heartfelt sentimental film, highly recommended.
Beautiful
Maybe it's our ages, 75 and 82, but by the end of this short film I was crying and my husband had tears in his eyes. He never said a word throughout the entire film. He usually talks through everything but he was so engrossed. It was so realistic. We both could deeply identify with the characters, their lives, losses of many loved ones and their lives in general. It was a pleasure to see a film that showed a young woman actually caring about other people. She showed an interest in their lives and learned so much about the joys and sorrows that make up our lives. I can see where it wouldn't be everyone's piece of cake, but in a way, I think that's sad.
